BACKUP North West delivers support and housing services for homeless and vulnerable young people in Bolton. If you have great written and verbal communication skills, are committed to improving the lives of young people, are motivated and resilient, we need you! Due to growth we are looking for several Youth Inclusion Workers whose primary role will be to enable young people to achieve potential, be safe and secure and move out of (literally) homeless services.
Job Details
SALARY £24,251.21 - £28,174.80 (including £1,152 car allowance). Annual increments over 4 years, subject to successful appraisals.
37 waking hours per week Monday – Friday with very occasional out of hours appointments
Permanent and Full time.

BACKUP provide multiple services across Bolton to young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness. Read here about all the supported accommodation which includes emergency housing, temporary accommodation, short and medium stay supported housing. Also the non accommodation based support work that focusses on mental health, employment support and much more.
Young people can live in more than one Backup service as they make progress and develop more independence prior to moving on completely. The different services are designed to meet various levels and ranges of needs.
